"Unfortunately, I had a deeply unsettling experience with Jill and her office. I was enrolled in their "Drive Safe & Save" tracking program without any verbal or written disclosure about how it would affect my policy, which we paid six-months in full. When I discovered this and asked for help, the agency refused to admit any error.

It's not about the extra $25 they billed me for; it's about their failure to provide the most basic information on how my policy works. Furthermore they designated my vehicle incorrectly, which costed us more unnecessarily from the start.

We have our home insurance and my fiancé's plan with them, and are still treated in a meaningless manner. Instead of an apology for the lack of communication, I was met with gaslighting by being told that the information was provided, when it clearly was not. If you are looking for an agent who will explain your policy and take accountability for her team, do not go here. They will opt you into surveillance programs by default and then try to make you feel unreasonable for wanting basic transparency.

I understand why they did it, but they keep explaining it to me like a child when I am stating that it was unethical."
